- Welcome to my presence.
Baby. Let’s get out the good china.
came across this post on facebook.
Occasionally I’ll see a friend post a photo of their kid harassing the dog with the caption “She’s so patient LOL” and every time I cringe and wait for the status update “at the emergency room FML” to pop up.
Teach your children to respect animals’ personal space. This shouldn’t be up for debate.
Even if you have a completely non-aggressive, docile dog, why take the risk? They look cute and patient, but you never know and you’re basically saying you’re totally cool with something happening to either your dog or child because it looks cute.
No, it’s totally okay to take the risk, because the resulting photos are ‘artistic!’
Sarcastic fuckery aside, this is a REALLY important PSA. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen people let their children unintentionally (and intentionally!) push dogs outside their comfort zones because it’s “cute” or “the dog is so patient!” and “It makes a great family photo.”
None of the above are viable excuses for endangering your children and your dog’s lives.
me on pay day
all i want in life is
- fast wifi
- fast metabolism
- fast food
- fast shipping
So we were sitting in class today
and my U.S. History teacher was trying to get us to understand why it was such a big deal that England had put a tax on colonial sugar, and he goes,
"What if you had to pay a tax every time you logged onto wifi?"
And the whole class just went
and I heard at least two people whisper “I would murder someone”
The perfect comparison.
